Called for a quote at 10pm on a Monday night to get a copy of a car key. I had broken the key at the neck and just needed to get a copy made. After being on hold for what seemed like 10 minutes the lady that answered was really rude. Told me it would cost $350 to make a copy of a key for a 1991 BMW. She kept trying to tell me that its because of the make and model of the car that makes it expensive. I'm not stupid, it's a simple key and no chip is required for the ignition like in the newer cars so I have no idea why it's so pricey. Well with the lack of customer service skills and being highly overpriced I wont be needing their services. Went with Adam O'Neill which picked up my call and came to my house to rekey in less than 30 minutes and it only cost me $100 for everything with 2 keys. Don't go here, go with Adam he's highly professional and quick!
